天梦星云注重团队凝聚力的建设，定期组织丰富多彩的员工活动。从季度团建到年度盛典，从技术 Hackathon 到兴趣社团，我们努力让每一位员工在工作之余感受到团队的温暖与归属感。TiMXY values team cohesion and regularly organizes diverse activities—from quarterly outings to annual galas, from tech hackathons to interest clubs—so every employee feels the warmth and belonging of the team.

特色活动包括：年度"星云杯"技术创新大赛、季度部门团建日、月度生日会与迎新派对、篮球/足球/羽毛球俱乐部、读书会与电影之夜。我们还设立员工关怀基金，为遇到特殊困难的同事提供及时帮助。Highlights include the annual "Nebula Cup" innovation contest, quarterly team days, monthly birthday and welcome parties, basketball/football/badminton clubs, book clubs and movie nights. We also run a care fund to support colleagues in need.
