培训形式包括：线下集中培训、在线学习平台、技术分享会（Tech Talk）、外部行业大会参会资助、海外交流学习等。年均培训投入占人力成本的 5% 以上，确保员工始终保持行业前沿的知识与技能。Formats include offline bootcamps, online learning platforms, tech talks, sponsorship for external conferences and overseas exchanges. Annual training spend exceeds 5% of labor cost, keeping skills at the industry frontier.
